Blossom of the Rain

This fractal is dedicated to my best friend and loved one, Sara
She's having a surgery next week, and I made this hoping that this ray of hope will help her feel better about it

It's also my contest entry for the Fractal Stories contest

Here's the story I wrote about it
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
It had started to rain that afternoon, it wasn't too much rain, but everyone ran inside to a warm and cozy place. Everyone, but one girl.
She sat by herself in a bench in the park. Her only company was the tree next to the bench that kept her dry, but also stopped her from hiding her own rain of sorrow, falling from her eyes. She was afraid, with no one to comfort her, fearing what was to come.
As she wept, time kept going, and the downpour ceased, as did her own tears when she saw it, a lovely white flower in her lap. She slowly took it, and placed it in her hands, and suddenly heard a voice
"Please don't cry anymore."
"I'm afraid, I can't help it." She replied.
For a moment, there was silence once more, and when she was about to cry again, the voice asked,
"I'm afraid too, afraid that you'll lose hope."
She suddenly felt a wave of warmth hit her,
"He's worried... about me..."
"Of course I am, I love you."
And just then, the boy came out from his hiding place behind the tree. Both stared at each other, their worlds reduced to just the two of them.
He approached her, and whispered to her ear,
"Please don't cry anymore."
She dropped the flower and flew at him, and they hugged for a long time.
She cried once more, but this time, her tears were crystals of joy.
